Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, managing content and promotional materials, coordinating with sales and product teams, and overseeing external agencies or vendors as needed.

The Marketing

Manager will analyze market trends and campaign performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to maximize return on marketing investments. The role also includes organizing events or promotional activities, maintaining consistent brand messaging,



and ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Robust skills in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search, and online advertising.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience creating and managing marketing content, including copy, visuals, and promotional materials.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CRM platforms, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an on-site leadership or supervisory marketing role is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving business and market needs.
