We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing strategies, customer acquisition, brand promotion, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage and monitor marketing campaigns and measure their performance.
- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer and competitor trends.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.
- Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in managing a marketing team is preferred.
