RoleA full-time, in office Marketing Specialist based in Kochi, responsible for building and owning marketing end to end.

There is no team initially. You will have a budget and the authority to engage agencies and freelancers. You own the strategy, brand and pipeline.

What You Own

- Positioning: Define our target audience, differentiation and messaging.
- Brand: Own our voice, website and key marketing channels.
- Lead generation: Build programmes that generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Marketing system: Own analytics, CRM, attribution, reporting and campaign planning.
- Vendors & budget: Brief, manage and evaluate agencies and freelancers.
- Sales alignment: Establish clear lead definitions, follow-up expectations and feedback loops.

What We ExpectStrong capability in positioning, writing, customer research, CAC and payback modelling, vendor management and creative judgement. You should also be able to brief and assess specialists across paid media, SEO, GA4/UTMs, CRM, automation, design, video, PR and AI tools.
