Marketing Lead (apply only if your current experience is with any Marketing Agency)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with Digital Marketing or Creative Agency experience to manage client accounts, drive projects from planning to delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, proactive, and well-versed in social media, performance marketing, SEO, and web workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Own end-to-end execution of assigned client accounts.
- Create project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps.
- Track deliverables and ensure on-time project completion.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead client meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal tasks.
- Manage feedback, approvals, revisions, and expectations professionally.

TEAM LEADERSHIP:

- Coordinate with Design, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Web teams.
- Prioritize workloads and align teams with delivery timelines.
- Drive accountability across departments.




- Ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution.

QUALITY & PROCESS:

- Review deliverables before client submission.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports.
- Improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent adherence to agency quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4–7 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership and project ownership.
- Working understanding of: (Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development & Maintenance, Content Marketing)
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management tools.
