About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is interested in AI-driven marketing, content creation, automation, and digital communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or project exposure in AI Content Marketing, Chatbots, WhatsApp Automation, and Calling Bots.

This role will provide an chance to work on real-time marketing campaigns and AI-based automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating AI-generated content for social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Explore and implement AI tools for content marketing and digital marketing activities.
- Work on chatbot creation, optimization, and automation for customer engagement.
- Assist with WhatsApp automation for lead generation, follow-ups, customer communication, and campaigns.
- Work on calling bot/voice bot solutions for automated customer interactions and lead follow-ups.
- Assist in developing automated marketing workflows using AI and no-code/low-code tools.
- Research new AI tools and technologies that can improve marketing efficiency.
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign and automation performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement through automation.

Required Skills




- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI Content Creation tools.
- Exposure to Chatbots and conversational AI.
- Experience with WhatsApp automation tools/platforms.
- Basic knowledge or project experience with Calling Bots / Voice Bots.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online marketing.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to learn and experiment with new AI tools quickly.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Candidates who have worked on at least 2 AI/automation projects.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, WhatsApp Business API, chatbot platforms, or voice-bot tools will be an advantage.
- Internship, freelance, college, or personal project experience in AI marketing/automation is acceptable.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant projects and hands-on experience are welcome to apply.
