About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Expert with 8–10 years of proven experience in the IT industry to lead and execute our marketing strategy. Candidates with 3–4+ years of experience working with AI/GenAI companies or multiple AI-focused organizations will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for IT and AI products/services.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across digital and industry platforms.
- Drive lead generation, demand generation, and marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients.
- Develop strategies for AI, GenAI, SaaS, and technology solutions.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.
- Plan and execute webinars, events, conferences, partnerships, and other B2B marketing initiatives.
- Track marketing KPIs, ROI, CAC, lead quality,



and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Lead and manage external agencies, vendors, and internal marketing resources when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of marketing experience in the IT/Technology industry.
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked with at least 3–4 AI/GenAI/technology companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B, SaaS, AI/GenAI, and enterprise technology marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation and demand generation.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM, and automation tools.
- Ability to independently develop and execute marketing strategies with measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have demonstrated experience in building marketing functions, launching AI/technology products, generating enterprise leads, and scaling brand visibility will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
