- Understand our products, target audiences, value proposition, pricing, and market positioning.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for students, teachers, schools, colleges, and institutional partners.

- Create campaign ideas, captions, marketing messages, email content, social-media posts, and promotional materials.

- Support content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, websites, communities, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research.

- Identify effective marketing channels and emerging EdTech trends.

- Coordinate with the Video and Media team to create reels, product explainers, demonstrations, testimonials, and campaign creatives.

- Support lead-generation campaigns and help convert audience engagement into qualified enquiries.

- Assist in preparing landing pages, brochures,



presentations, newsletters, and campaign materials.

- Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, enquiries, leads, conversions, and acquisition cost.

- Conduct marketing experiments involving content formats, messaging, audiences, offers, and communication channels.

- Collect feedback from users and prospects and share helpful insights with Product and Business teams.

- Maintain campaign calendars, marketing databases, reports, and performance dashboards.

- Suggest practical ideas to improve brand visibility, user engagement, and customer acquisition.
