About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Influencer Operations Intern who will work closely with the Marketing Head and support day-to-day marketing, influencer, content, events, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented , and comfortable working with data and multiple teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities l Coordinate with different internal teams and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

l Assist the Marketing Head in day-to-day planning, execution, and follow-ups.

l Maintain task trackers, timelines, campaign sheets, and other marketing-related documentation.

l Maintain and update Google Sheets, Excel trackers, databases, and campaign reports.

l Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and pending tasks across teams.

l Support influencer marketing activities and maintain relevant creator/campaign data.

l Assist with content planning, content ideas, campaign execution, and coordination.





l Prepare basic reports and data summaries for the Marketing Head.

l Ensure all marketing activities are properly documented and organised.

l Proactively follow up with team members and highlight delays, gaps, or pending tasks.

What We're Looking For l Positive understanding of Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing & Social Media.

l Well-versed with Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable handling large amounts of data.

l Strong organisational and coordination skills.

l Good communication and follow-up skills.

l Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.

l Detail-oriented with strong ownership of assigned tasks.

l Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

l Prior internship/project experience in marketing, influencer marketing, content, or events is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can be the "execution + coordination backbone" for the Marketing Head - keeping track of what needs to be done, who needs to do it, by when, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
