Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Executive who can plan and execute marketing activities that directly contribute to brand visibility, footfall, and repeat customers. This role requires both creative thinking and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Execution & Campaigns

- Plan and execute monthly marketing activities (online & offline)
- Run local promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors for creatives

2. Digital & Social Media Support

- Manage Instagram, WhatsApp marketing, and Google Business Profile
- Coordinate content shoots (therapies, premises, team, testimonials)
- Track engagement, leads, and inquiries from social platforms

3. Growth & Partnerships

- Identify and manage local collaborations (gyms, yoga studios, corporates, apartments, doctors)
- Support referral programs and loyalty initiatives
- Help plan corporate wellness and bulk bookings

Customer Journey & Retention

- Work with front desk to improve inquiry → booking → follow-up flow
- Support feedback collection and review management
- Help design repeat-visit and membership strategies

5. Reporting & Insights

- Track weekly leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Share straightforward reports and growth insights with the founder

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or local business marketing
- Strong execution mindset (doer, not just planner)
- Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp marketing, Google listings
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati preferred)

Good to Have

- Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or local brands
- Basic understanding of ads (Instagram / Google)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
