As we scale our projects and strengthen our brand presence, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function.

The Role The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing and brand strategy, with a clear focus on generating qualified leads, accelerating sales and building a strong long-term real estate brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute aggressively and take ownership of measurable business outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators The successful candidate will be measured on business outcomes, including:

- Qualified leads generated
- Cost per qualified lead
- Site visits generated
- Lead-to-site-visit conversion
- Site visit-to-booking conversion
- Marketing cost per booking
- Marketing ROI
- Brand visibility and engagement
- Project-wise sales contribution from marketing

What We Are Looking For
- 7–12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate, construction, hospitality, automobiles, BFSI or other high-value consumer businesses.
- Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation.




- Demonstrated ability to manage substantial marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, CRM and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Strong commercial orientation and understanding of sales funnels.
- Ability to manage agencies as well as an internal team.
- Experience in launching and marketing residential real estate projects will be a major advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Tier-2/Tier-3 markets will be preferred.

The Ideal Candidate We are not looking for someone who simply manages social media.

We are looking for a business-oriented marketing leader who understands that marketing ultimately has to drive revenue.

You should be comfortable moving between a boardroom strategy discussion, a Meta campaign dashboard, a creative review and a site visit with the sales team.
