Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Outreach

- Develop and execute outreach activities to increase awareness of the Soul Space Student Mental Health Program.
- Identify appropriate marketing channels to reach schools, school groups, colleges, educators and education stakeholders.
- Support positioning of Soul Space as a credible student mental health and wellness program.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

- Work closely with the sales/business development team to align marketing activities with school outreach and lead-generation priorities.
- Support development of school-specific communication, presentations, proposals and campaign material required for business development.
- Coordinate marketing-qualified leads and ensure relevant information is shared with the sales/business development team for timely follow-up.
- Track outreach campaigns, events and promotional activities and assess their contribution to lead generation and program visibility.

Program Coordination

- Coordinate with schools after confirmation of the program to support smooth onboarding, communication and implementation.
- Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatrists and internal teams for program schedules, school-wise allocations, workshops and other delivery requirements.
- Maintain program calendars and track sessions, events, campaigns, student activities and agreed deliverables.
- Act as a coordination point between schools and the internal program team for day-to-day communication, queries and issue resolution.
- Track attendance, participation,



feedback and completion status and follow up on pending actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate collection of school and stakeholder feedback and support incorporation of insights into future communication and outreach activities.
- Prepare regular program coordination updates and highlight operational issues, risks and support requirements to the reporting manager.
- Support retention, renewal and expansion of existing school relationships through timely and effective program coordination.

Content & Communication

- Coordinate development of brochures, presentations, flyers, emailers, social media content and other marketing collateral.
- Create and refine communication for outreach campaigns.
- Develop compelling program communication highlighting the value and impact of student mental health initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and consistent communication of program features and offerings.

School & Community Outreach

- Explore opportunities for partnerships, events and awareness initiatives.
- Support participation in education events, school fairs, conferences and wellness-related events.
- Build relationships with relevant education communities and external stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating leads.
- Coordinate social media and digital outreach activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track the source and quality of leads generated through different marketing channels.

Market Research

- Conduct research on schools, education trends, student wellness initiatives.
