Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to develop and manage sales and marketing activities for Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT), Instrument Transformers, and related electrical products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing customer relationships, supporting quotations and tenders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in the power, electrical, utility, EPC, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, customer visits, references, exhibitions, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Maintain and develop relationships with DISCOMs, utilities, EPC companies, electrical contractors, panel builders, consultants, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements for CTs, PTs/VTs, metering CTs, protection CTs, and other instrument transformers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, purchase orders, and tenders.
- Coordinate with the technical, production, quality, and commercial teams to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Track enquiries from initial requirement through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and delivery.




- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Visit customers and project sites as required to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Participate in tendering and pre-qualification activities, including preparation of required documents.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts/commercial team.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer meetings to promote the company's products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Marketing/Business Administration.
- 1–4 years of experience in electrical equipment, transformer, switchgear, power transmission/distribution, or related industries.
- Good understanding of CT/PT and electrical power-system applications will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical specifications and drawings.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and industrial marketing.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
