Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage multi-channel campaigns, analyze consumer trends, and create compelling content. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset who can manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Create and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for websites, blogs, email marketing, and promotional brochures.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify new target audiences and business opportunities.
- Social Media & SEO: Oversee company social media profiles and optimize web content to improve search engine rankings.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze,
and report on campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate return on investment (ROI).
- Vendor & Event Management: Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to organize promotional events and produce marketing assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a marketing role or a similar executive capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), and Social Media Management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Project Management: Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a rapid-paced environment.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
