- Assist the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

- Create and upload blog banners, posts, and guides on the company website; coordinate with the website developer for updates.

- Prepare eye-catching social media creatives using Canva and post weekly content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and relevant groups.

- Plan, create, and publish reels and short promotional videos for Instagram and other platforms.

- Run and monitor email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Vtiger, or Pipedrive, including tracking performance and unsubscribers.

- Coordinate with SEO vendors for monthly performance reports and ensure improvements are implemented.

- Manage and optimize monthly Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while tracking leads and conversions through CRM systems.

- Collaborate with external vendors for newsletter designing and publishing; ensure timely release.

- Track overall marketing activities,



maintain accurate lead data, and support the Marketing Manager with monthly performance reports.

- Organize and supervise other office activities (employee engagement activities, event planning like Annual Function, Diwali Party, Birthday Celebration etc.)

- Monitor stationery & inventory of office and coordinate for the procurement of new stationery & inventory.

- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company related to employee engagement activities, events & functions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
