About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive who can plan and execute marketing campaigns while also handling in-house design and video content creation. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy skills with hands-on expertise in graphic design and video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, print, events)
- Design promotional posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and social media creatives
- Campaign Execution – Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral for products/services
- Track and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Coordinate with vendors/printers for physical marketing materials




- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and competitor marketing activities

Required Skills & Expertise

- Graphic Design Tools: CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
- Poster & Banner Design: Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign planning
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
- A portfolio showcasing previous poster/video design work is a plus
- Experience with social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
