Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student outreach and brand awareness through college visits, seminars, educational events, and lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote our programs.
- Coordinate and conduct seminars, workshops, awareness sessions, and career guidance programs for students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, faculty, and student communities.
- Generate quality leads through college visits, seminars, events, campaigns, and other offline marketing activities.
- Follow up with generated leads and coordinate with the admissions/sales team for conversion.
- Identify current colleges and institutions for potential partnerships and outreach opportunities.




- Represent the academy professionally during external events and institutional visits.
- Maintain regular reports on college visits, seminars conducted, leads generated, and conversions.
- Support marketing campaigns and other promotional activities as required.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for institutional visits, seminars, lead generation, and conversions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, education marketing, or student outreach is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and events.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to conduct engaging presentations and seminars.
