Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute event marketing strategies across offline and online platforms to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and engagement.

- Work with the design team to conceptualize and provide creative inputs for branding materials, visuals, and promotional creatives.

- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media promotions, email campaigns, online advertising, and portal listings.

- Plan and manage conference creation – including preparing agendas, identifying and inviting speakers, and coordinating promotional campaigns.

- Handle event promotions through digital platforms, newsletters, and industry networks to maximize reach.

- Build and maintain media partnerships and association tie-ups for increased publicity and brand collaboration.

- Ensure a solid online presence through consistent updates on websites, portals, and social media channels.

- Curate and execute special award themes, including concept development, jury selection, and panel coordination with industry leaders.

- Organize networking evenings and themed events to facilitate meaningful connections between buyers, sellers, and key stakeholders.

- Manage VIP networking initiatives – including compiling invite lists, coordinating gifts,



and overseeing hospitality arrangements.

- Update and maintain the official website with event information, conference details, and promotional content.

- Create and edit industry-focused content – news articles, stories, and features – for weekly newsletters, emailers, and digital promotions.

- Coordinate matchmaking services between exhibitors and buyers to enhance event value and participation outcomes.

- Strategize and supervise on-site branding and visual communication to ensure impactful brand presence across the event venue.

- Collaborate with the internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of all event and promotional activities.
