Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

- Visit clients, meet prospective customers, and explain company offerings.

- Maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.

- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with the technical, sales, and management teams to support business development.

- Promote the company through social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

- Achieve assigned marketing targets and submit regular activity reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Geology, or a related field.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of marketing,



sales, and customer relationship management.

- Willingness to travel for client visits and field marketing activities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.

- Ability to prepare quotations and professional business presentations.

- Knowledge of the geology, groundwater investigation, mining, or environmental services industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
