Role & responsibilities

- Visit assigned residential areas, societies, apartments, offices and other locations for on-ground sales activities.

- Promote and sell Houseva AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages to customers.

- Generate new leads through field visits, direct customer interaction and local networking.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Houseva home service/AMC packages.

- Collect leads and customer information and maintain accurate records.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into AMC/service customers.

- Identify customers who require individual home services such as repair, maintenance, installation and other home-related services.

- Coordinate with the Houseva backend and service teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed services.

- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, sales and conversions.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, housing societies and local communities.

- Travel to assigned locations as required for customer meetings and sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile





- 12th pass or Graduate; relevant sales experience will be an advantage.

- Candidates with experience in field sales, direct sales, FMCG, telecom, insurance, real estate, home services or AMC sales will be preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining service packages.

- Should be confident, energetic and comfortable with extensive field work.

- Good local-area knowledge and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.

- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge required.

- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply
