Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for personal, business, home, and other loan products.
- Contact potential customers through calls, visits, and other marketing channels.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct field marketing and participate in promotional activities.
- Track market trends and competitor loan products.
