Job Overview

Indartica is seeking a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end marketing activities across both digital and offline channels. This role requires a candidate with strong field marketing experience who can actively contribute to on-ground execution as well as digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital + offline)
- Conduct and manage field marketing activities, including on-ground promotions and brand activations
- Handle client interactions, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
- Coordinate and execute offline campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media and campaign coordination
- Work closely with creative, content, and production teams
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing
- Proven hands-on experience in field marketing is mandatory
- Strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to manage on-ground execution and client-facing responsibilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for field activities when required

Preferred Skills

- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
