Job Title: Marketing Executive – Hotels & Resorts

Coastal Grand Hotels & Resorts is looking for a energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to handle marketing, sales and business development activities for our hotels and resorts in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and enquiries for the hotel and resort.
- Approach and develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and event organisers.
- Conduct client meetings and regular market visits.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events, packages and special offers.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage and Operations teams.
- Support promotional campaigns and social media marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor hotels, rates, packages and market activities.
- Maintain client and lead records and submit regular sales reports.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing or business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting field marketing activities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
