Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Brand Management: Maintain Silvera's brand identity and ensure consistent branding across digital, print, social media, dealer communication, and exhibitions.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute product launches, festive campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Product Marketing: Develop product communication, USPs, launch materials, brochures, presentations, and other promotional content.
- Digital & Social Media: Coordinate social media content, website updates, marketplace promotions, digital creatives, and content calendars.
- Dealer & Sales Support: Provide dealers and sales teams with updated product presentations, brochures, catalogues, creatives, and campaign communication.
- Content & Marketing Collaterals: Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other creative partners for marketing materials.
- Exhibitions & Events: Coordinate exhibitions and events including stall branding, promotional materials, vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Market Research: Monitor competitors, market trends, customer feedback, product demand, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Vendor Management:



Coordinate with marketing vendors, obtain quotations, monitor timelines and quality, and maintain vendor records.
- Marketing Analytics: Track campaign performance, engagement, enquiries, leads, conversions, website traffic, and marketing ROI.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Coordinate influencer, creator, brand, event, and other marketing collaborations.
- Marketing Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Website, Marketplace, Dealers, Agencies, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Marketing Compliance: Review marketing communication for accuracy, approved pricing/product information, brand guidelines, and required management approvals.

Ideal Candidate: 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing , with solid communication, coordination, creativity, project management, and analytical skills. Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Marketing, or Brand Campaigns will be an advantage
