Key Responsibilities

Order & CAD Management

· MTO Management: Oversee the complete MTO Order Management workflow, including sketch and CAD coordination.

· Issue Resolution: Handle technical CAD coordination with the retail team and resolve any incoming MTO-related queries or roadblocks.

· Charge Tracking: Follow up on MTO CAD charges and coordinate related requirements across departments.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· CaratLane (CL) Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CL team regarding MTO and sample order queries.

· Surat & Photoshoot Alignment: Coordinate between the CL team and the Surat manufacturing unit to schedule and execute jewelry photoshoots.

· Production & NPD: Follow up with the internal Production team to drive Current Product Development (NPD) timelines.

Financial & Material Accuracy

· Costing Sheets: Prepare Sample & Revised Cost Sheets according to specific customer requirements.

· Margin Optimization:



Calculate and verify product margins to ensure efficient PD execution and minimize costly manufacturing rework.

· BOM Management: Coordinate closely with partners for BOM (Bill of Materials) updates and corrections.

· Specifications Verification: Verify and update Diamond & Gemstone specifications accurately for precise BOM documentation.

Data Tracking & Communication

· System Management: Track, manage, and update orders inside Oracle and internal company tracking software to ensure timelines are met.

· PO Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve purchase order (PO) related issues for MTO orders to ensure timely dispatch.

· Professional Communication: Manage high-level, clear email correspondence with internal production teams, management, and retail clien

Pay: ₹9,730.90 - ₹34,782.20 per month
