We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who's equally comfortable out in the field and behind a phone.

This is a hybrid role: part of your week is spent on the ground, managing distribution of flyers, running local activations, and talking to real customers, and part is spent building our presence online through social media and local influencers. If you like variety, you're organized, and you're motivated by seeing your work turn into actual foot traffic and followers, this is for you.

What you'll do

On the ground

- Plan and run door-to-door and local flyer campaigns, and identify the neighborhoods, spots, and events worth targeting
- Represent the brand at pop-ups, local events, and community activations
- Track which locations and tactics actually drive traffic, and adjust based on what's working

Social & influencer

- Find, reach out to, and manage relationships with local micro-influencers and content creators
- Coordinate posts, collaborations, and content, including negotiating small paid or barter deals




- Help create and schedule content across our social channels
- Monitor reach, engagement, and results, and report back on what's landing

What we're looking for
- Comfortable being out in the field and starting conversations with strangers
- Organized enough to juggle multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines at once
- Social-media savvy, with a feel for what makes local content perform
- Numbers-aware, you can tell us what's working and what isn't
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally [remove if not needed]
- 1 years in marketing, promotions, sales, or a related area is a plus (but we'll consider the right hustler without it)

Nice to have
- Experience with influencer outreach or managing brand ambassadors
- Basic content creation skills (photo, short video, easy graphics)
- Familiarity with tools like [Instagram/TikTok, Canva, scheduling tools, etc.]
