/ Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients through research, networking and digital platforms.
- Generate and develop leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and other digital platforms.
- Understand client briefs and develop creative, strategic and execution-ready OOH, Transit Media and BTL solutions.
- Initiate and facilitate meetings with potential clients, media buying agencies, MNCs and Indian companies.
- Develop campaign concepts, presentations, proposals, media plans, budgets and execution plans.
- Manage end-to-end coordination with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Supervision and monitoring of campaigns.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify recent business opportunities.
- Support CSR/cause-marketing projects, including coordination, planning and impact reporting.

Desired profile of the candidate

- Minimum of 1 or 2 + years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Client Servicing or Business Development.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.




- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, consumer engagement and on-ground activations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and business development skills.
- Goal-oriented with a clear focus on lead generation, conversions and revenue achievement.
- Good sales planning and follow-up skills.
- Strong conceptualization, creative thinking and visualization skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint and digital/social media platforms.
- Understanding of marketing and advertising strategy.
- Basic understanding of OOH, Transit Media and BTL Activation planning.
- Willingness to travel for campaign planning, client meetings and on-ground execution.

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
