About Latcha

Latcha is a matcha brand and dessert QSR chain, growing rapidly across India. Built around premium, Japanese-sourced matcha, we're creating a brand that blends quality with a warm, community first experience. We're currently expanding our marketing team in Hyderabad and looking for someone who can bring energy and consistency to how Latcha shows up, both online and at every event we're part of.

Role: Marketing Associate

? Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (In-person)

? Full-time | Monday to Saturday

What you'll do

- Plan and execute social media content across platforms
- Coordinate with the marketing team and interns to keep campaigns on track
- Manage Latcha's day-to-day online presence, keeping the voice, visuals and engagement consistent
- Attend events, pop-ups and community activations on behalf of the brand
- Identify and manage brand collaborations
- Handle influencer seeding, outreach and campaign tracking




- Should be able to cross collaborate with other departments

What we're looking for

- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media or marketing, ideally in F&B;, D2C or a fast-moving community led brands.
- A valuable eye for content, you know what makes a post feel scroll-stopping and on-brand
- Comfortable using editing apps like Instagram Edits, Canva, Pinterest, InShot or similar to create polished content
- Someone who's genuinely tuned into social media trends and knows how to jump on them quickly
- Bonus if you already create content for your own page, we'd love to see your style
- Comfortable coordinating across a team and juggling a few things at once
- Happy to be out and about, events and pop-ups are a regular part of this role
- Based in Hyderabad
