nRelevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years in SAP HCM with solid hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and SAP Payroll
nBudget: Maximum 25 LPA

nREQUIREMENT FOR SENIOR SAP HCM CONSULTANT:
nKey Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, implement, integrate, test, deploy, and support SAP HCM solutions.n
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver SAP HCM solutions.n




- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) processes.n
- Configure employee master data, personnel actions, action types, infotypes, dynamic actions, and employee lifecycle processes.n
- Configure enterprise and personnel structures.n
- Support hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, and other employee lifecycle activities.n
- Configure and support Organizational Management (OM) including organizational units, positions, jobs, relationships, and reporting structures.n
- Maintain organizational structures and support OM–PA integration.n
- Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management (PT).n
- Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, attendance, absence management, leave, overtime, shifts, and time-related processes.n
- Configure Time Evaluation and related rules.n
- Troubleshoot Time Management and Payroll integration issues.n
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) processes.n
