nLead and optimize the Workday ecosystem by owning configuration, integrations, security, automation, and AI enablement across People Systems. Drive scalable HR technology solutions, ensure compliance, and partner with HR and IT teams to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
nWho You Are:

- n
- 12+ years of experience in HR Systems with deep hands-on expertise in Workday administration, configuration, and integrationsn
- Strong experience supporting Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Security, and Business Process Frameworkn
- Expertise in Workday integrations using EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and connecting Workday with third-party HR platformsn
- Experience managing Workday security, access controls, releases, testing, and system enhancementsn
- Working knowledge of SOX ITGC controls, audit readiness, and compliant HR system practicesn
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsn




- Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent, IT, and business leadershipn
