nJob Description :
n5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
nStrong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
nHands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
nExperience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
nStrong understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
nExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
nProficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.




nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
nWork closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
nExperience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cooperative development practices.
nMust hold valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
nAbility to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently meet project timelines.
nExposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or Generative AI capabilities wil
