Taradevi's Enclave is our flagship residential development in New Shimla, built for discerning local and second-home buyers — HNIs, NRIs, and out-of-state investors. You'll work warm, pre-qualified leads generated by marketing and pre-sales, and your job is to turn genuine interest into deals — consistently and against target.
Key responsibilities • Own the closing stage of the sales funnel: convert qualified leads and site visits into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct high-quality site visits and consultative sales meetings with prospective buyers, including HNIs and NRIs.
