○ Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

○ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

● Client Engagement & Relationship Management

○ Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals, RFPs, and tender submissions.

○ Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into solutions.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape business strategy.

○ Support in forging partnerships, MoUs, and joint ventures with domestic and global defence companies.

○ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Management; MBA or equivalent preferred.
