Position: GBS Payroll Manager Regions: Experience: 12+ Years

As the GBS HTR Payroll Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of NL Payroll Operations, and future transitioned processes on the HR scope, across your designated region. You will provide strategic leadership to your regional team, managing resources, performance, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with global standards, regional regulations, and business needs. Demonstrated expertise in regional HTR operations is highly valued.

Provide leadership to the team by setting transparent achievable goals, delivering regular feedback, and facilitating career development opportunities. Responsible for hiring, talent retention and employees’ development.

Operational excellence: Payroll: Oversee end to end payroll processes, including pre-payroll reconciliations, validations, post-payroll activities and reporting. Ensure timely and best in class accurate payroll delivery, adhering to compliance requirements, legal standards, and internal controls.





Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

Customer Centricity: Ensure best in class customer satisfaction through regular feedback analysis and implementation of improvement action plans.

Drive process improvement via optimization, standardization, simplification, automation, innovative solutions’ implementation. Enhance data visibility and accuracy. Lead program for NL Payroll operations team, ensuring standards and processes are aligned with their playbook

Performance Management: Contribute to the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, measure operational performance on regular basis, conduct performance reviews. Controls, Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy standards, and internal/external controls. Mitigate risks associated with HTR operations to safeguard company reputation and operational integrity.
