Role & responsibilities

- Key missions of the position:
- Ensure secure and accurate execution of assembly and testing activities as per defined standards
- Achieve production targets by adhering to work instructions, routing cards, and standard cycle times
- Maintain high quality standards by identifying deviations and reporting issues proactively
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, jigs, and fixtures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen and process enhancement
- Maintain documentation accuracy and process discipline across all assigned tasks

Measurement Q: Quality compliance and assembly accuracy

C: Productivity efficiency and adherence to standard time

D: On-time completion of assigned tasks and process adherence

- Adherence to standard cycle time (ERP-defined hours)
- Rejection reporting and defect identification
- Documentation accuracy (product history card / reports)
- Kaizen participation and implementation
- Safety compliance and adherence to start-up checks
