Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Palsana, Gujarat

Department: Maintenance

Shift: 12 Hours Rotational

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.

- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, electrical panels, motors, drives, and control systems.

- Handle LT/HT cable wiring, UPS systems, and electrical installations.

- Monitor and calculate machine/utility power consumption and assist in improving energy efficiency.

- Maintain and troubleshoot Extruder, Braiding, and other cable manufacturing machines.

- Handle maintenance and replacement of bearings, motors, mechanical components, and machine parts.

- Carry out machine installation, commissioning, wiring, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

- Identify the root cause of machine breakdowns and take corrective action to minimize downtime.





- Maintain proper maintenance schedules and ensure machines remain in secure and efficient working condition.

- Follow all safety procedures during maintenance and machine-related activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of PLC, electrical wiring, control panels, motors, and industrial electrical systems.

- Hands-on experience with Extruder and Braiding machines will be preferred.

- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, bearings, motors, and machine installation.

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

- Candidates with relevant manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience will be preferred.
