Role Description The Managing Partner will provide strategic and operational leadership for guidographer in a contract, remote capacity. This role involves defining the company’s growth strategy, overseeing tour design and pricing, and managing relationships with local guides, vendors, and other partners.

The Managing

Partner will handle business development activities such as identifying new markets, nurturing client relationships, and building brand awareness through digital channels and partnerships. They will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, while ensuring tours meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. The role also includes supervising a small distributed team or contractors, setting clear goals,



and continuously improving processes to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strategic business management skills, including experience with growth planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
- Robust operations and project management abilities to coordinate tours, vendors, logistics, and remote teams.
- Business development and relationship-building skills to cultivate partnerships, attract clients, and maintain long-term collaborations.
- Marketing and brand development capabilities, ideally with experience in digital marketing, social media, and online customer engagement.
- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related service industry, with a strong focus on customer experience and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a remote setting.
