Role & responsibilities

- Preparing MSP project schedule @ Level 4 / Level 6 and tracking the same on regular intervals
- To facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and monitoring.

- Ensure timely procurement of major bought out items through effective planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement Schedule for the project on periodic basis.

- Preparation of bulk and other material trackers in line with the project requirement

- Coordinate with RO and Vendors to ensure material is delivered in time and as per the required specification

- Coordinate with Client, Architects, Construction Managers, Project Managers, and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with expeditiously.

- Preparation of site logistic plan in accordance with project Requirement.

- Preparation & updation of mobilization tracker

- Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)

- Preparation and updation of delay / Hindrance register

- Preparation of labour requirement, material requirement and PNM deployment reports

- Preparation of staff deployment schedule





- Preparation of 4 week look ahead program at the start of every month and tracking progress on a weekly basis

- Preparation of progress reports like MIS reports, DPR, WPR and bulk material reconciliation with inputs from Commercial and Stores

- Preparing revenue budget, Cash Flow for the project

- Raise flags for delays and potential delays in the project

- Preparation and submission of Method Statement with inputs from Construction and Quality team.

- Preparation of Extension of Time Claim including Delay Analysis and Impacted Program in MS Project.

Preferred candidate profile

- B. Tech / B.E Civil 15-20 years of Experience.

- Should have worked with reputed Contracting organizations and of high value projects.

- Experience in Planning domain for High Rise Residential with shear wall technology.. Must possess excellent soft skills, should be technically robust & multi-Tasking.

- Working Experience with Aluminum Shuttering system in Residential / Commercial Building of Minimum G+25 Storied.

- Masters in project management would be preferred. Working knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
