Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Salt Panning & Salt Harvesting to lead end-to-end salt production operations. The candidate should have extensive experience in salt panning, salt harvesting, salt washery operations, manpower management, and production planning, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Salt Panning & Salt Harvesting operations.
- Oversee Salt Washery operations, ensuring quality and production targets.
- Plan and supervise harvesting schedules, production, and dispatch.
- Lead large field teams and contractors while ensuring productivity.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.




- Prepare production reports and coordinate with management for operational planning.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates must be from Gandhidham or nearby locations and have experience in the Salt Industry only.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
