- Lead and manage the team, ensuring SLA, productivity and quality targets are met.
- Manage MIS, reporting and operational dashboards and provide business insights.
- Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and SOP standardisation.
- Act as the business SPOC for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Drive automation, RPA or AI-led process improvement initiatives.
- Develop team capabilities and take on larger team responsibilities as the function scales.
