You will work across a range of R&D; and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution.

Senior Associate, R&D; Business Analysis Team

Job Responsibilities

- Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards
- Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D; and enterprise functions
- Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses

Basic Qualifications

- Masters or Bachelors degree and 812 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling
- Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools
- Exposure to R&D; or regulated environments
- Experience with data visualization tools
