Experience : 7 to 10 Years in Fabrication of Vessel/ Reactors and Heat Exchanger/Agitators

Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineer + NDT level II

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across all manufacturing operations.
- Inspect and evaluate process equipment such as reactors, pressure vessels, agitators, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and skids to ensure compliance with approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1, ASME Section IX, API 650, and other relevant national and international standards during fabrication, welding, testing, and final inspection.




- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans, Welding Procedure Specifications, Material Test Certificates (MTCs), and other quality documentation.
- Supervise and guide QA/QC engineers and inspectors, ensuring effective execution of inspection activities and adherence to quality procedures.
- Coordinate internal inspections and third-party inspections with inspection agencies, clients, and consultants to ensure timely project execution.
- Collaborate with Production, Design, Procurement, and Project teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor welding quality, dimensional inspections, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, NDT activities, surface preparation, and final dispatch inspections.
- Maintain complete quality records, inspection reports, manufacturing record books (MRBs), and project documentation.

Key Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of process equipment (reactors, vessels, agitators, storage tanks, heat exchangers).
- Robust understanding of ASME Section VIII & IX codes and API 650.
- Experience with internal and third-party inspections, including document preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
