Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end PR & communications campaigns—from media outreach and press release distribution to crisis comms and executive positioning.
- Develop and execute brand messaging, media kits, and story angles tailored to Tier I & II tech publications, trade journals, and broadcast outlets.
- Manage relationships with journalists, influencers, analysts, and industry events to secure high-impact coverage and speaking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align PR with product launches, funding announcements, and market expansion narratives.
- Track, measure, and report on media coverage, sentiment, and KPIs—including share of voice,



message pull-through, and tiered placement tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on media pitching, briefing notes, and communications best practices while maintaining brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Media relations
- Press release writing
- Brand storytelling
- Executive positioning
- Media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater, or similar)
- Crisis communications
- Stakeholder management
- PR campaign measurement (ROI, AVE, sentiment analysis)

Preferred

- Experience in tech/SaaS PR
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for collateral design
- Experience managing PR agencies or freelance writers
