Industry : Tyre Manufacturing
Qualification : Dip or BE In Rubber / Polymer technologist
Experience : 10+ years
JOB SPECIFICATION
Root cause analysis, Problem solving techniques
Deep knowledge of rubber polymers (EPDM, NBR, Silicone, Viton) and their curing characteristics.
Proficiency in QA tools like 8D reporting, FMEA, SPC, and Pareto analysis.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
Work Location: In person
