We are looking for a dynamic professional for our European Operations - Italy.

Location: Italy - Europe

Position: Manager Project – Press Tool Manufacturing & Sheet Metal Components

Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Background (Mandatory)

· Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination for press tool and sheet metal projects.

· Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of project milestones and supplier deliverables.

· Inspection skills, with experience in dimensional checks, process audits, and quality compliance in manufacturing environments.

· Logistics Management skills to handle material movement,



dispatch planning, and coordination with transport and warehouse teams.

· Robust understanding of press tool and sheet metal manufacturing processes, preferably in automotive or industrial components.

· Proficiency with CAD/technical drawings and basic IT tools for project tracking and reporting.

· Demonstrated ability to work on-site with shop-floor teams, solve problems quickly, and drive continuous improvement.

· Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop & execute business strategies for Press Tools, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures & Sheet Metal Components

· Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers

· Manage end-to-end customer relationships - from enquiry to order finalization

· Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns & techno-commercial proposals

· Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality teams to meet customer requirements

· Conduct market research & competitor analysis for pricing & positioning

· Handle domestic & export (International) customer development

· Participate in industrial exhibitions, vendor meets & customer audits

· Maintain CRM, track sales pipeline & conversion ratios

· Support NPD based on customer feedback & market trends
