We are looking for an energetic Manager – Patient Care & Operations to join our team at Shyam Hem-Onc Clinic / Corporate Hospital.
Key Qualifications:
Education: MBBS / BDS / BHMS + MBA (Healthcare / Hospital Administration preferred)
Experience: Prior experience in a clinical/hospital setting (Oncology experience preferred)
What You’ll Do:
1.Oversee end-to-end OPD/IPD patient care coordination & reduce wait times
2.Liaise with diagnostic labs, radiology, dieticians, and counselling teams
3.Manage referring doctor relationships & regular clinical feedback
4.Support clinical data analysis, case reports, academic write-ups & trials
5.Coordinate doctor/patient awareness drives and outreach programs
