About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Tour Operations Manager to lead our outbound and domestic travel business - handling everything from FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings to group tours and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations. This is an end-to-end ownership role covering itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and team leadership.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end outbound and domestic tour operations
- Custom itinerary design, costing, and supplier coordination
- Group and MICE operations management
- Team leadership and sales support

Destinations You'll Work With Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Vietnam, Dubai, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Europe, Turkey, Mauritius, and more.

What You Bring

- Degree/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality
- 4–7 years of outbound travel experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial capacity
- Robust negotiation and crisis-management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
