About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Manager – Marketing to lead and drive the overall marketing function for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, generating quality leads, and driving business growth.

The candidate should have strong experience in real estate marketing, digital marketing, brand building, lead generation, performance marketing, and team management, along with a strong understanding of the real estate customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
- Lead marketing activities across digital, social media, performance marketing, branding, content, events, and offline channels.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through effective marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand positioning and market presence.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure marketing campaigns generate relevant and high-quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance,



analyze marketing metrics, and optimize budgets for better ROI and cost-per-lead.
- Develop content strategies for social media, websites, campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, creative partners, media agencies, and other marketing service providers.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, customer trends, and market opportunities.
- Plan and execute property launches, events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Establish and monitor key marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and performance.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication, visual identity, and marketing messaging across all platforms.
- Explore new marketing channels, technologies, and strategies to improve customer engagement and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, lead generation, and brand management.
- Robust understanding of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.




- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, analytics, and CRM/lead management systems.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, conversion metrics, and ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer acquisition cycle will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong team-management and stakeholder-management skills.
