Role Objective To drive Brillare's supply planning and logistics operations, ensuring the right products are available at the right place and time to support the company's rapid growth across channels and geographies.
The role will have a strong focus on demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and delivery performance, while working closely with Production and Purchase teams to ensure seamless availability of finished goods.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on supply chain qualified who can build robust planning processes, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and ensure high service levels without excessive working capital or stock-outs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand & Supply Planning
● Own the demand and supply planning process across SKUs, channels, and geographies.
● Translate sales forecasts, marketing campaigns, new product launches, and channel expansion plans into actionable production and procurement requirements.
● Build and strengthen the S&OP; process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Purchase teams.
● Improve forecast accuracy and ensure optimal inventory availability across the network.
● Minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, obsolescence, and working capital lock-up.
2. Logistics, Warehousing & Delivery Excellence
● Own the movement of finished goods from manufacturing locations to warehouses, distributors, retail partners, and customers.
● Drive strong logistics and delivery performance across GT, MT, e-commerce, quick commerce, EBOs, and other relevant channels.
● Ensure high levels of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and service-level excellence.
● Monitor and improve order fulfilment, dispatch planning,
delivery timelines, freight costs, and logistics partner performance.
● Identify bottlenecks across warehousing and distribution and implement scalable solutions.
3. Inventory & Working Capital Management
● Maintain optimal inventory levels across raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
● Establish inventory norms and monitor ageing, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
● Balance product availability with working capital efficiency.
● Build dashboards and MIS to provide visibility on stock availability, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and service levels.
4. Production Planning Coordination
● Work closely with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
● Understand production capacities, lead times, constraints, and batch economics to create realistic supply plans.
● Ensure adequate capacity planning for business growth, seasonal peaks, promotions, and new product launches.
● Proactively identify potential supply constraints and develop mitigation plans.
5. Purchase & Procurement Coordination
● Work closely with the Purchase team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
● Understand procurement lead times, vendor dependencies, and material availability risks.
● Support supplier planning and ensure procurement schedules are aligned with production requirements.
● Help identify opportunities to improve material availability and reduce supply disruptions.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
● Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchase, Finance, Quality, and R&D; teams.
● Support new product launches by ensuring material, production, inventory, and logistics readiness.
● Drive process improvements across planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
● Build scalable systems and processes capable of supporting rapid business growth.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience & Background
● 6–10 years in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain in:
○ FMCG
○ Personal Care
○ Beauty / Pharma / Consumer products
● Strong experience in:
○ Demand planning
○ Warehousing, logistics & Delivery
● Exposure to new product launches is a strong plus

● Calm, mature, and execution-focused
Educational & Professional Credentials
● IIT / NIT / Tier-1 Engineering College preferred
● MBA / Operations specialisation is a plus
● Strong pedigree in MNC FMCG / high-quality manufacturing setups
Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
