Hiring: Manager Logistics (Primary Logistics Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Logistics to lead and manage logistics operations, transportation planning, freight optimization, and strategic logistics initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transportation management, freight cost control, vendor management, logistics compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead logistics planning and transportation operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.
- Optimize truck space utilization, route planning, scheduling, and multi-drop deliveries.
- Develop and manage transporters, logistics service providers, and LTL partners.
- Negotiate transportation rates, commercial terms, and service-level commitments.
- Monitor freight costs, analyze cost trends, and drive freight optimization initiatives.
- Ensure proper freight recording, invoice validation, GR/LR reconciliation, and coordination for payment follow-ups.
- Lead strategic logistics projects, including 3PL on-boarding and operational implementation.
- Manage logistics-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and serviceability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and applicable government regulations.
- Handle transporter disputes and claims related to loss or damage during transit.




- Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews to review logistics partner’s performance.
- Work closely with Sales, PPC, Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, E-Commerce, and Unit Logistics teams.

Qualification & Experience Qualification:- Graduate with MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics and transportation Management

Experience:- 5+Years of Relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain preferably in a managerial role.
