Progenesis Fertility Center is one of India's leading fertility and IVF providers, committed to delivering world-class reproductive healthcare. We are looking for an experienced Manager – Licensing & Compliance to ensure our centres operate in full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement, renewal, and maintenance of all statutory licenses and registrations.

Ensure compliance with ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, Clinical Establishment, Biomedical Waste, Fire NOC, and other applicable healthcare regulations.

Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and audits.

Maintain complete and accurate compliance documentation across all centres.

Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation for management.

Monitor regulatory updates and implement compliance changes across the organization.

Support new centre launches by obtaining all necessary statutory approvals.

Conduct internal compliance reviews and coordinate NABH/JCI and other accreditation audits.





Train and guide operational teams on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure regulatory excellence.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

12–18 years of experience in Licensing, Compliance, Hospital Administration, or Regulatory Affairs.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, NABH, and other statutory requirements.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with multi-location healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
